Garlic Granules - they're like minced garlic, except they'll keep forever!
Even though Australian garlic is out of season May to December, with our garlic granules you can still enjoy the taste of fresh garlic, all year round.
Confused about the difference between granules and powder?
We’ve got the answer:
Here’s some helpful cooking conversions for you:
1 fresh clove = 1/8 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 fresh clove = 1/4 teaspoon of granulated garlic
1 teaspoon garlic powder = 2 teaspoons granulated garlic
Rehydrate
You can also rehydrate the garlic granules, just take 1tsp of granules and add 2tsp of water. The granules will plump back up and be just like fresh chopped garlic.
PS: Use one tablespoon of granules when a recipe calls for one clove.
*We can't promise forever, but we can promise a pretty long while.
